Healthy and delicious pancakes have never been easier with our pancake mix. Simply add following ingredients, and you have a delicious batch of Teff & Polenta Pancakes! 

  • 240g plain yoghurt of your choice,
  • 200-250ml milk of your choice,
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tblsp melted coconut oil.

Ps. add banana or dark chocolate buttons in between the pancakes for a little sweet kick.
